Payment 

 

The prices for the services of the Company are as stated on the website or as agreed with the customer. 

 

Payment must be made within the agreed-upon timeframe as stated on the Company's invoice. 

 

Cancellation and Refund 

 

Cancellation of a booked appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance. 

 

In case of cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment or failure to attend the appointment, the Company reserves the right to charge fees. 

 

Refunds will only be granted according to the cancellation and refund policy of the Company, as stated on the website where the appointment was booked. 

 

Intellectual Property 

 

All intellectual property rights relating to the services and products of the Company remain the property of the Company. 

 

The customer is not allowed to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any material for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Company. 

 

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution 

 

Swiss law applies to these general terms and conditions. 

 

Disputes between the Company and the customer will be submitted to the competent courts in Switzerland.
